We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director (2IC) & Educational Leader to lead our brand-new, 94-place service in Elizabeth Downs, set to open in July 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and grow a centre from the ground up!
Responsibilities
Provide guidance and direction to educators through collaboration
Offer support to educators to effectively implement the planning cycle to enhance practices and programs
Lead, develop and implement effective and valuable educational programs within the service
Ensure all learning is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework
Encourage and demonstrate appropriate and respectful communication and behaviours within the service
