About the Role: An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and solutions focused individual to join the Human Resources Business Partnerships team at Canberra Health Services. The People and Culture Branch is located at Canberra Hospital and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational implementation of human resource strategies relating to a diverse range of human resource and industrial relations functions across Canberra Health Services. Reporting to the Director Business Partnership, this role works closely with their allocated management teams in conjunction with the centres of expertise, to provide an integrated and client focused approach. As an Assistant Director Business Partnership, you will have the ability to balance the need for consistency with the importance of local, responsive and flexible approaches to the delivery of HR services while advocating for and on behalf of the client to achieve an engaged and high performing workforce. A merit pool may be created from this recruitment process and remain valid for 12 months. This pool may be used to fill both permanent and temporary positions across CHS.
