We are seeking an Associate Clinical Director to add to our dynamic team. For more information about our campus, please visit The Willows at Red Oak Recovery® | Treatment Center [https://thewillowsatredoak.com/] Role & Responsibilities * Maintain an active caseload of up to three clients. Caseload will be determined by supervisor, considering program census, therapist request by referring partners, acuity of clients on caseload * Serve as mentor and provide support to the treatment team * Assume the duties of clinical director in their absence * Develop and maintain relationships with referring professionals and partnering agencies * Assist Clinical Director in on-site supervision for clinical interns * Collaborate with the Executive Director, Clinical Director, and Program Director to create and deliver staff development initiatives focused on: * Support clinical team and clinical services needs Minimum Qualifications & Education Requirements * Master's degree or higher in human service field * LCSW or LCMHC, and LCAS * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications Preferred Qualifications & Education Requirements * Two (2) years of experience serving as a primary therapist in residential treatment at RTC and/or PHP levels of care * Supervisory experience * Certified in EMDR, ART, and/or other trauma focused modalities * Professional experience treating clients with SUD Supervisory Responsibilities * This position will provide clinical supervision to members of the treatment team Position Type/Expected Work Hours * This is a full-time position * Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00-6:00 * Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand Employee Benefits: * Medical Insurance with Telemedicine options available to full-time employees after 30 days * Vision & Dental insurance available to full-time employees after 30 days * Retirement 401k * Voluntary Accident Coverage, Critical Illness Coverage and Hospital Indemnity Insurance options * Employee provided Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance options * Employee Assistance Program provided to promote employee wellness and a variety of services * Desirable PTO/SICK plan * Company paid professional development and training * Employee discounts through local retailers Red Oak Recovery does not discriminate in employment based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.
