Description:
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Benchmark MINDEF’s service performance against public service and industry standards
- Develop service delivery professionals by creating competency frameworks and career pathways for Quality Service (QS) Practitioners
- Build service culture through communications and engagement
- Manage QS awards frameworks and drive the Secretariat function for the Quality Service Management Committee (QSMC)
- Establish partnerships with public and private organisations
- Manage requests from other ministries on service delivery matters
