JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Office of Human Resources announces the position of Assistant Director of Employee & Labor Relations reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. The Assistant Director of Employee & Labor Relations provides oversight and manages the administration of HR operations related to employee and labor relations, fair practices/affirmative action, and performance management. The Assistant Director of Employee & Labor Relations is also responsible for identifying and proactively addressing organizational trends, as well as leading, designing, and implementing programs, policies, and practices to ensure the University’s compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements related to human resource management. The position interfaces with employees, government agencies and other educational institutions and serves as the primary administrator of E&LR matters in the Office of Human Resources.
