OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us in our HR’s Outreach team where you will drive initiatives to position DSTA as an employer of choice offering exciting careers opportunities. The role will require you to:

  • Drive the execution of employer brand communication strategy, including end to end campaigns conceptualisation and execution across varied online and offline channels to ensure consistent and powerful brand story telling.
  • Develop and implement social media content strategy to convey DSTA’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Manage recruitment marketing efforts, including development of recruitment collaterals for campus outreach activities to promote scholarships, internships and graduate careers.
  • Develop and maintain metrics dashboards to track and optimize employer branding campaigns, leveraging on analytics to drive decisions.
  • Conduct market research on best employer branding and recruitment marketing practices and regular media monitoring.
  • Oversee and strategise the framework for the DSTA Internship Programme.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, Arts & Social Sciences, Communications Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the technology industry or with campus recruitment background
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated track record in digital marketing, employer branding campaigns management
  • A team player who is adaptable and works well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Thrives on building trust, relationships and community

8 ~ 15 years

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
