INSEAD is seeking an Assistant Director, Employer Engagement to join our Degree Programmes Department. This is a full-time, permanent contract position based at our Middle East Campus in Abu Dhabi. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Higher education, Master degree in business, HR, training/counselling or related field is a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in either:
  • B2B business development experience, corporate recruiting as an in-house recruiter and/or outplacement of international executives;
  • Training and career counselling of international executives/high potentials; or
  • An Executive search professional.
  • At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience working within the startup, scaleup and Tech, Media and Telecom (TMT) sector.
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving international environment.Ideally, some experience in recruiting of high potentials and of the MBA/MIM labour market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the employer engagement plan of the allocated sector(s) and/or location(s) taking into account labour market outlook and various students’ preferences and profiles to deliver career opportunities for students and participants
  • Build and cultivate of recruiting relationships within allocated sector(s) and/or location(s) including alumni
  • Craft and deliver of sector advisory content and events throughout the students’ journey (discovery and interview preparation inclusive) in collaboration with the Career Coaches and CDC Operations; including 1-on-1 and 1-to-many advisory sessions with students and participants
  • Co-create and collaborate with counterparts across campuses to ensure consistency across campuses
  • Craft and plan on campus recruitment strategy for their allocated sector(s) and/or location(s), conceptualizing and delivering events in various formats with the support of CDC Operations
  • To advocate for students recruiting and marketing via presentation at recruiting events where necessary
  • To keep abreast of market developments and to keep informed relevant team members of CDC
