We’re looking for an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage who’s ready to take the reins of a powerhouse F&B team in one of the city’s most iconic luxury hotels. If you bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and a love for elevating guest experiences at scale—this is your stage.

Responsibilities

As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our diverse and high-end outlets, ensuring excellence across every touchpoint — from breakfast in the Wintergarden, Michelin-starred dining in The White Room to hosting events for 450+ guests.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the F&B operations across all outlets: Grand Café Krasnapolsky, In-Room Dining, Minibar, The White Room*, Banqueting (15 meeting rooms), Wintergarden (our breakfast venue) and Bar The Tailor.
  • Ensuring adherence to Anantara and LQA standards.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement in service, creativity, and value.
  • Managing team performance, costs, and profitability across all F&B departments.
  • Overseeing menu development, pricing, and supplier relations.
  • Supporting in departmental budgets and strategic planning.
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the team.
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes
  • Building strong relationships across teams and departments.
  • Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.
