Housing and Food Services (HFS) has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team.
Housing & Food Services (HFS) supports over 10,000 student residents and operates 40+ dining locations on campus. With a team of over 1,200 staff and students, HFS is dedicated to enhancing student life through teamwork and excellent service.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or equivalent and five years of experience that demonstrates:

  • Experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent administrative, financial, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Success assimilating regulations, rules, policies and laws
  • Success working with cross-functional teams both as a leader and a member
  • Innovative thinking in terms of planning strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, development-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of business operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using forward-thinking to develop innovative business solutions while ensuring the integrity of the day-to-day operations
  • Successful supervision of staff and change management
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team

Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
