Professional development opportunities and mentorship A rapidly growing center within an academic setting The Assistant Director, Graduate Recruiting plays a key role in supporting the recruitment and admission of students into Robinson’s flagship MBA programs, more than 15 specialized master’s programs, and a growing portfolio of stackable graduate certificates. The position supports Robinson’s graduate enrollment goals by executing high-impact recruitment, outreach, and admissions strategies while providing leadership support across the recruiting and admissions functions. Reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Recruiting at Robinson’s Buckhead campus, the Assistant Director joins a high-performing, collaborative team committed to expanding access to graduate education and delivering a high-touch candidate experience, and will be responsible for the following: · Recruitment and Outreach: Collaborate with the Associate Director to plan and execute recruitment strategies across multiple territories. Represent Robinson at information sessions, open houses, corporate outreach events, and other recruitment activities locally, nationally, and internationally. Engage prospects through responsive, high-touch communication and relationship building. · Events and Engagement: Plan and coordinate major recruitment events, including Open Houses, Information Sessions, and Admitted Student programs. Partners with vendors, current students, and internal teams to support peer engagement, student ambassador initiatives, and digital outreach efforts. · Enrollment Funnel and CRM Management: Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel (prospect through enrollment) for assigned programs. Leverage CRM tools to track engagement, assess conversion, identify yield opportunities, and ensure consistent messaging and data integrity across recruiting efforts. · Admissions Committee and Evaluation: Apply professional judgment and program knowledge to holistically evaluate applicants’ academic readiness, motivation, leadership potential, and fit for graduate study. Support admissions committee processes, application review workflows, and scholarship recommendations in alignment with established policies and enrollment goals. · Leadership and Operational Support: Provide leadership support across the recruiting and admissions team, including leading process improvement initiatives, supporting annual cycle planning, managing recruitment operations, and supervising graduate assistants. Contribute to the adoption of new technologies and data-informed practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree and four years of supervisory experience, or a combination of education and related experience. Preferred Hiring Qualifications: Knowledge of graduate admissions, recruitment practices, and effective candidate advising. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience using CRM systems to manage prospects, track engagement, and assess outcomes. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and work independently and collaboratively. Strong event coordination and project management skills. Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed and travel regionally, nationally, and internationally.
