We are looking for an experienced luxury watch professional to join us as Assistant Director — someone who knows the industry inside and out, thrives in a high-performance environment, and wants to help build something exceptional. What You Will Do Lead the floor. • Partner with the Director to drive daily operations, sales performance, and team accountability • Maintain the high standards of client experience and brand presentation that define Horologio • Analyze sales data and client trends to identify opportunities and improve results Develop the team. • Coach and mentor a talented sales team across product knowledge, client engagement, and closing • Lead brand and product training sessions that elevate the team's expertise • Conduct regular performance check-ins and contribute to a culture of continuous growth Own the client experience. • Personally engage with VIP clients and support the team in building long-term relationships • Ensure every client touchpoint — from walk-in to post-purchase — reflects true luxury service • Participate in key sales events and brand activations Drive the business. • Support the development and execution of sales strategies across the boutique • Contribute to inventory management, merchandising, and operational efficiency • Play an active role in recruitment and the ongoing development of the team What We Are Looking For • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury watch retail — this is non-negotiable. You must be able to speak to movements, complications, brand positioning, and the clients who buy them. • Proven track record in a senior sales or management role within a luxury retail environment • Strong interpersonal presence — you build trust quickly with clients and command respect from a team • Analytical mindset with the ability to read performance data and translate it into action • Located in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV — this role is in-person, full-time • Passion for horology.
