You will be a part of HPB's Integrated Programme team, where you are responsible for leading programme planning and design to achieve sustainable healthy behaviours across multiple health domains through a more holistic, personalised and continuous health journey. This role enables HPB to maintain oversight of citizen lifestyles to augment preventive strategy planning for population health. [What you will be working on] As a key member of the Integrated Solutions Division, you will develop frameworks and structures for targeted programmes on the Healthy 365 app. You'll be responsible for leading engagement strategies, implementing HPB's nudging strategy, and managing stakeholder relationships across various domain leads within HPB programmes group. You'll also supervise and coach team members in programme development and project management whilst navigating complex stakeholder needs and competing priorities. And last but not the least, you'll drive the expansion of targeted programmes such as Health & Wellness Series and Age Strong programmes through robust content creation and AI-driven solutions. [What we are looking for] Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual who has at least 6-8 years of relevant working experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, preferably IT or digital-related, and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment.
