As an Assistant Director (Lead Product Manager), you will be part of the Digital Translation Team developing digital products applicable for the maritime industry. You will provide both strategic and operational oversight to a cross-functional team to deliver digital products for the maritime sector. You will also lead stakeholder engagement, ensure project alignment with broader strategic objectives, and be responsible for project reporting and performance tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with proven track record in product management, preferably in the digital or maritime domains.
• Prior experience in leading teams or managing multi-disciplinary groups.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross-agency or public-private sector collaborations.
• Familiarity with Unity, GIS Systems, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Passionate about digital innovation and applying emerging technologies to solve real-world problems.
