About the Role: The Assistant Director, Learning and Development North Canberra Hospital (NCH) will support a range of education projects and programs across the CHS Network as outlined in the Clinical Learning and Teaching Strategy or identified by Executive leads. As a member of the Staff Development team based at Canberra Hospital this role will contribute to the development of mandatory and required learning programs in line with legislation, ACT Government Policies and Procedures as well as the CHS strategic intent. This role will ensure that new staff from NCH are provided with timely access to the LMS to commence orientation and training and support team members with LMS issues and program development. This role will be responsible for ensuring reporting of mandatory training compliance is completed each month and escalated to NCH leaders and attend relevant NCH L&D meetings. As the Assistant Director, the role will liaise with key stakeholders to review and discuss innovative opportunities for learning and development across the CHS Network.
