The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children Our Assistant Directors are: * Accountable! Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards. * Responsible! Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents. * Creative! Promote the positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities we serve. * Team-oriented! Recruit, select, and retain quality staff. * Dedicated! Help achieve profitability for the company. Job Requirements: * Must be at least 21 years of age * Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility. * High School diploma or equivalent. * Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
Responsibilities
The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe and effective daily operation of the school, including acting as the primary lead in the Director's absence. They also assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children while managing staff recruitment and retention.
