In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards. Responsible! Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents. Creative! Promote the positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities we serve. Team-oriented! Recruit, select, and retain quality staff. Dedicated! Help achieve profitability for the company. Job Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility Must have an Associates or Bachelors in ECE or related field Must have the Oklahoma director credential
