With over 40 hotels and residences in operation or development, LHG has a global footprint that extends across Asia, Europe, North America, Australasia and the Middle East.  Key Responsibilities: This role will work closely with the Director – Loyalty Marketing on driving Loyalty Marketing Campaign and the go-to-market execution through effective Promotions and Customer Lifecycle Member Communications, with focus on F&B, Catering & Spa Member Revenue Generation. This role is also instrumental to support our Loyalty mandate to enhance the Brilliant Membership benefits through supporting on Experiential Member Events. This position will not only collaborate with other key stakeholders like eCommerce, Revenue Management, Marcom and F&B Teams, etc., he / she will also work with respective Regional stakeholders and Key stakeholders across the properties to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of the Loyalty Marketing Campaigns and to support Member Events implementation.   1.Development and Planning for Tactical Marketing Campaigns and to lead as COE on F&B,Catering and Spa Promotions * Devise the Member Campaigns focused on F&B / Catering / Spa for LHG Hotels to align with the overall Loyalty Programme Strategies to achieve business goals * Plan and develop the Annual F&B / Catering / Spa Marketing Calendar and Manage Promotional Campaigns focused on F&B / Catering / Spa Business growth * Organise 360 Marketing Plan for F&B / Catering / Spa promotions for the Corporate, Regions and Hotels, including but not limited to Web, eDM, social media, mobile app including WeChat, and paid-media Performance Marketing if required. * Work closely with Director – Loyalty Digital and Commercialisation to ensure the F&B / Catering / Spa Promotions and Campaigns will unleash the full commercial potential with the most optimal UI / UX design for the customer-facing applications as appropriate 2. Support and Execute Member Events to orchestrate with the Loyalty Marketing and Partnership Efforts * Lead and coordinate Promotional Campaigns to enrich the Loyalty Membership Experience through exclusive Events and Privileges for our Hotels * Organise Member Events as appropriate to heighten the Loyalty Partnership collaboration and to reflect our commitment to luxury, excellence and the curation of the impeccable Member Privileges and Perks * Work closely with the global/regional stakeholders to drive Loyalty Performance through Member Events and to achieve the ultimate business growth for the Group Loyalty and also our Hotels 3. Manage all Customer LifeCycle Communications (online and offline) and reward redemption items, etc. 4. Own and manage the Loyalty Collaterals and Premium Development * Collaborate with other Loyalty Stakeholder Departments to develop the membership collateral items, premium, give-away, for both online and offline usage. This will include but not limited to: membership collaterals, membership welcome pack, member premium items, give away, Retail POS POP, packaging and signages as required for Events. 5. Loyalty Campaign Tracking and Best Practice Sharing with Hotels for focused on F&B / Catering/ Spa business growth * Team up with Insights and Ecommerce to develop dashboards for F&B / Catering / Spa campaigns and business for Corporate, Region and Hotels. * Responsible for the management reporting for Loyalty F&B / Catering / Spa business and generate insights to be shared with other Teams and Hotels to elevate F&B campaign effectiveness Hiring Requirements: Education & Professional Qualification: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent In Marketing or related subjects * Good command of English and Mandarin Experience: * 8-10 years+ of experience in Marketing for luxury Brands and preferably from Hotel and Hospitality industry, at least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory / managerial role. * Possesses a deep understanding and solid experience in managing Marketing Campaigns and Promotions * Experience in engaging with a broad spectrum of marketing channels, including but not limited to: customer communications (online and offline), social media, online advertising, event management, etc. * Proficiency in managing multiple campaigns and promotions in parallel and preferably with exposure in working in virtual organisation structure.
