CONNECT TO YOUR SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • Demonstrable experience in a corporate HR function or a professional services role supporting HR teams, e.g. employment law (or equivalent)
  • Experience or a subject matter expert in one or more of a particular area of HR; Total Rewards, HR Transformation, Employee Relations, Change Management, Organisational Design, leadership alignment etc (or equivalent)
  • Desirable experience: OD, Labour Relations and Compliance, HR Operations (including systems/payroll), Cultural transformation or change, Talent Retention strategy, Headcount synergies or Workforce optimization or equivalent
  • Experience of working on integrations and/or separations projects
  • Experience of working with or being a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on Workforce change, M&A or Restructuring
  • Evidence of leading others and management ability
  • Ability to collaborate across broader teams and leverage the different teams to bring larger deal opportunities for clients
  • Experience of leading product solutions; scope, pricing and resource winning proposals; pitch experience, marketing, and leading on development strategies and growth plans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams
  • Client focused, ensuring high quality service
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Developing strong long-term client relationships and becoming recognised as a trusted business advisor for all People related matters
  • Managing the HR workstream on integration or separation projects covering a range of HR and people topics including HR Day 1 readiness, change and communications, organization design, people transition and others
  • Providing subject matter expertise across the Employee lifecycle in the transaction context
  • Advising and supporting the client’s HR team through the integration and / or separation process, and coach them on managing the deal environment
  • Delivering solutions to People problems and liaising with other workstreams to ensure all key People impacts and dependencies are known
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
  • Forging strong relationships with project teams that will contribute to your growth and developmen
