GovTech is seeking an (Assistant Director / Senior Manager for Internal Communications) to join the Organisation Excellence team and help us maintain a strong, cohesive, and engaged workforce.

[ What you will be working on]

  • Creating and designing creative assets, including EDMs, intranet content, videos, visuals and icons to support events, communications campaigns, presentations, and other initiatives.
  • Developing and executing internal communications strategies that keep employees informed of and engaged with GovTech’s strategies and goals.
  • Leveraging various channels and technology to bring key messages to stratified audiences.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to align internal communications with the organisation’s goals and values.
  • Supporting change management for the organisation through timely, cohesive and consistent messaging across platforms and audiences.
  • Identifying opportunities to promote employee engagement and foster a positive organisation culture.
  • Developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications.
  • Measuring communications effectiveness through data and analytics.
