CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

· Deliver warm, professional service to students and families
· Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media within 24 hours
· Address customer concerns and collaborate on service recovery plans
· Maintain deep knowledge of offerings, pricing, and class availability

QUALIFICATIONS

· Associate’s degree or higher in Childhood Education, Child Development, Culinary Arts, Nutrition, Education, or related field preferred. Montessori a bonus!
· Valid ServSafe Certification (or other similar Food Handler’s Certification)
· Valid CPR/First Aid/AED (including infant/child) certifications required.
· Experience in food service, culinary instruction, education, or child development.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
· Fingerprint background check required prior to employment.
