Responsibility: Business Growth Management: Proactively engage with potential customers and the community to articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, thereby driving business revenue growth. Leadership of Instructors: Take charge of leading and motivating our passionate instructors. Daily Operations Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations and offer administrative support, including tasks such as reviewing student assessments and diagnoses, responding to inquiries, and implementing office procedures and systems. Requirements: Effective Communication Skills: A proven track record of strong communication skills, both internally and externally. Self-Motivated and Prioritization: A self-starter with the capability to independently prioritize, plan, organize, and execute tasks with initiative and efficiency.
