You will be a part of HPB’s Preventive Health Programmes & Rewards Division, Rewards Department, to optimize the use of rewards for positive behavioural outcomes that can help achieve HPB’s vision of “A Nation of Healthy People”. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT As a key member of Rewards Department, you will be part of a team to drive the visioning, planning, development and evaluation of Non-Monetary Rewards (NMR), specifically in the following areas: (1) Strategic Leadership & Policy Development: As a strategic leader in our organisation, you will spearhead the formulation and review of strategic policies and frameworks that drive behavioural change through the awarding Non-Monetary Rewards (NMR). Your role involves leading high-level stakeholder engagements to gather insights and build consensus on NMR vision whilst providing strategic counsel to management on policy implications and implementation approaches. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping organisational direction and development. (2) Programme Strategy & Innovation: In programme strategy and innovation, you will direct the development of long-term NMR capability roadmaps aligned with organisational priorities. This encompasses overseeing multiple concurrent programmes and pilot initiatives with clear, measurable deliverables, whilst ensuring strategic alignment and resource optimisation. You will guide teams in designing and executing proof-of-concepts (POC) and proof-of-value (POV) initiatives, providing critical evaluation of outcomes and recommendations. A key aspect of your role will be scaling up proven concepts and developing robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks. (3) Capability Building: Your leadership will extend to capability building, where you will develop, recommend and implement comprehensive development programmes for team members. These programmes will focus on equipping the team with essential knowledge and skillsets necessary for developing, implementing, and evaluating NMR as a reward type for HPB programme participants. This responsibility underscores our commitment to building a highly competent team capable of delivering effective NMR initiatives. [What we are looking for] BE PART OF THE TEAM Join us if you possess: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience (in NMR or gaming industries; involvement in projects related to Behavioural Insights, Implementation Science, Human-centric Designs, Data Analytics, etc.) Strong track record in policy development and strategic planning Experience in driving transformation projects and managing organisational change Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
