WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

• Work with respective HR Management, HR Administration and Training agencies within the Formation
• Ensure smooth coordination between different departments to maintain efficient HR operations
• Develop strategies to enhance National Service relations
• Improve overall engagement with servicemen

You oversee the performance of all Human Resource (HR) Administration, HR Management, Training Co-ordination, Feedback Management and Active Engagement matters within the Formation.
