General Summary: Will assist the Director of Center Based Services with day-to-day operations of the center, including, but not limited to, billing, scheduling, and coordination of services. Maintain a caseload of clients along with oversight of instructors and therapists in the center. Be responsible for the effective delivery of services for the clients and support the staff on their caseload. Essential Skills and Qualifications: * A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst  * Minimum two years’ experience in supervisory capacity working with clients across the autism spectrum of varying abilities at the toddler-adult age, designing, implementing, and monitoring programs  * Experience assessing clients and developing clinical intervention  * Experience in performance management and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment * Experience and working knowledge of recruitment, specifically interviewing and hiring processes * Knowledgeable in typical child development (developmental milestones and social/emotional development) * Knowledgeable in Individualized Education Plan and educational requirements in Colorado public schools * Experienced in billing and regulatory requirements for insurance billing- ABA services * Able to exercise independent judgment and support program philosophy * Able to take direction from supervisors
Responsibilities
This role involves assisting the Director of Center Based Services with daily center operations, including billing, scheduling, and coordinating services. The Assistant Director will also maintain a client caseload while providing oversight and support to instructors and therapists to ensure effective service delivery.
