Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, families, and students. Inspire, motivate, listen, and conduct training sessions for staff on various educational topics, incorporating guest speakers as needed. Demonstrate familiarity with K-12 Common Core standards and implement them into lesson planning. Work collaboratively with parents, instructors, and vendors to ensure a seamless experience. Observe classroom instruction and provide feedback to teachers. Develop and monitor individualized learning plans to ensure adherence to established guidelines. Familiarize oneself with test-prep strategies and interpret test results. Conduct assessments and research to determine the most beneficial curriculum for each student's educational objectives. Develop and implement innovative programs to support students' academic growth and the organization's overall success. Requirements Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an educational leadership role, with a proven track record of success. Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience (not including tutoring). Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support staff, students, and families. Background Check: Successful completion of a thorough background check.
