Job Description Provide technical expertise and guidance to engineering teams. Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and documentation. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing engineering projects. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Recruit and hire talented engineering professionals. Develop and manage engineering budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product and service excellence. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections. Identify and address quality issues promptly. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments. Work closely with other departments, such as manufacturing, operations, and sales, to achieve organizational goals. Foster strong relationships with clients and partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field.
