What you'll be doing Compose and execute innovative financial strategies that drive sustainable growth—harmonizing budgets, forecasts, and long‑range financial plans into a cohesive performance. Oversee all financial activities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while producing accurate, timely financial reports. Partner with department leaders to build and manage budgets, tuning the financial instruments to ensure optimal resource allocation. Identify and mitigate risks with a blend of foresight and financial acumen, protecting the organization against uncertainties and strengthening financial resilience. Inspire and mentor a financial team, fostering growth, collaboration, and a positive environment that creates experiences. Qualifications Who you are Experience in Hospitality Accounting and Residential operations preferred. A combination of education and experience demonstrating the required knowledge and abilities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to analyze and interpret integrated spreadsheets and complex financial data. Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Flexibility to work schedules that may include weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
