ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Director of Finance to join our team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the property, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist in overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Managing the finance operations related to cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Handle external audit requirements and implement internal controls as per Four Seasons policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and local Tax regulations.
• Ensure that reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts are prepared every month.
• Able to work under pressure and handle a remote accounting service operation.
