Craft and implement innovative financial strategies that propel the organization toward sustainable growth, orchestrating a symphony of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Ensure all financial activities adhere to legal standards and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports. Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets, while fine-tuning the financial instruments to ensure optimal resource allocation. Qualifications Experience in Hospitality Accounting operations preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Ability to assemble, analyze, and understand integrated spreadsheets and complex technical information. Effective management, leadership, organizational, and communications skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays according to operational needs.
