Key ResponsibilitiesFP&A & Business PerformanceLead the annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and periodic business review processes.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
Analyze revenue, margins, costs, profitability, working capital, and key business KPIs.
Track actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and business plans, highlighting key variances and underlying drivers.
Provide forward-looking insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and evaluation of strategic business initiatives.
Management Reporting & PresentationsPrepare high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for senior leadership.
Develop executive presentations, dashboards, charts, and business review decks that clearly communicate financial and operational performance.
Translate financial data into concise business insights and actionable recommendations.
Prepare business performance packs for leadership meetings and strategic reviews.
Build visually strong and easy-to-understand financial presentations for senior stakeholders.
Business PartneringPartner closely with commercial, sales, supply chain, operations, and other functional teams to understand business performance.
Work with business leaders to identify opportunities, risks, cost optimization areas, and growth levers.
Challenge assumptions and provide an independent financial perspective on key business decisions.
Support leadership in evaluating new initiatives, investments, pricing decisions, market opportunities, and business cases.
