SUMMARY OF THE WORK

The Deputy Director of Finance manages the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, reconciliation of assets and liabilities, working capital, and liquidity control.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related specialization; 2/3-years of work experience in the role at Marriott.

• Demonstrates knowledge of work-relevant problems, products, systems, and processes.
• Keeps up to date technically and applies new knowledge to your work.

• Leverages technology and effectively uses information systems and tools to generate financial reports and provide managers with analytical support to guide decision-making.
