Responsibilities
  • Supervises and orchestrates all aspects of Food and Beverage operations, ensuring Seamless execution and delivering an Exquisite guest experience that reflects the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  • Upholds the Highest Levels of Service Excellence by maintaining Operational Stability, managing costs with Precision, and implementing Bespoke training and development programmes for the FIVE Tribe.
  • Directs, oversees, and continuously elevates service and Food and Beverage standards across all Outlets and Kitchens, ensuring managers take Decisive Corrective Actions where necessary.
  • Ensures all FIVE Tribe Members within the Food and Beverage department adhere to Premium uniform and Grooming standards, while Relentlessly upholding FIVE’s Hygiene Protocols.
  • Plans and implements visionary Food and Beverage programmes, policies, and procedures to Align with FIVE’s Industry-Leading standards.
  • Coordinates innovative Promotions and provides essential Administrative Support to Elevate departmental performance and create Bold guest experiences.
  • Offers strategic recommendations for Modernising equipment, Refining service methods, and Enhancing product presentation, ensuring Guest Satisfaction remains at the forefront of Operations.
  • Monitors and enhances the profitability of all Food and Beverage outlets by Identifying and Resolving challenges, Implementing corrective measures, and Ensuring each outlet operates with Sensational Efficiency.
  • Contributes to the preparation of the Annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing strategies to drive Boundary-Breaking success.
  • Collaborates on budget preparation for the Food and Beverage department, closely Tracking financial performance to Identify and Capitalise on opportunities for improvement.
  • Develops creative strategies to Boost departmental sales and productivity, driving growth in Food and Beverage revenue.
  • Conducts competitive market analysis, staying ahead of Industry Trends to Modernise equipment, Refine service methods, and Elevate product presentation, reinforcing FIVE’s competitive Advantage.
  • Engages with representatives from the Local Community and Prospective Guests to foster connections and reinforce FIVE’s reputation as Luxury Lifestyle Destination.
  • Actively participates in Public Relations initiatives, sales engagements, and promotional activities Designed to enhance the image, profitability, and Boundary-Breaking edge of FIVE.
  • Executes all assignments and directives from Senior Management, ensuring meticulous adherence to FIVE’s Gold-Standard policies, procedures, and brand ethos.
