Job Description This position is responsible for the supervision and management of Food & Beverage Services operations to maximize guest satisfaction and department profits. Primary Responsibilities: Set periodical Food & Beverage Services budget & forecast Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department. Oversee and manage Food & Beverage Operations and team members. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
