In this role, you will provide crucial support to the Director of Food & Beverage, ensuring smooth operations across our food and beverage outlets. Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and report generation Support the development and implementation of new food and beverage concepts Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies Monitor and maintain quality standards across all food and beverage outlets Participate in staff training and development initiatives Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Assist in budgeting and cost control measures Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food service areas Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage management or related field Experience in luxury hospitality settings is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality Understanding of food and beverage industry trends Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service Additional Information WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: - Learning programs through our Academies - Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world! - Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
