Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of managers and employees across the hotel’s restaurants and bar, ensuring the highest standards of Four Seasons service and brand values.
  • Support the Director of Food & Beverage in shaping the long-term strategic vision for our restaurants and bar.
  • Drive profitability by managing labour costs, expenses, purchasing, and inventory while seeking creative ways to enhance revenue.
  • Partner with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and culinary leadership to develop innovative menus and wine lists, ensuring exceptional product quality.
  • Develop and implement yearly marketing and promotional plans for each outlet, aligned with the hotel’s annual F&B strategy.
  • Engage actively with guests in all outlets, building relationships, securing feedback, and cultivating loyalty among regulars and new patrons.
  • Ensure seamless communication and cooperation across departments through regular meetings and operational alignment.
  • Maintain a hands-on presence during service, leading by example to motivate the team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
