Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Director of Marketing & Commercial Strategy with all strategical and budget related tasks
  • Overseeing the creation and management of the brand identity for the hotel and all its outlets
  • Overseeing the production of all long-term brand identity materials and collateral according to the MO CI/CD guidelines
  • Overseeing and maximizing e-commerce revenue and profit
  • Overseeing budget reconciliation of MO International Advertising Campaign (IAC)
  • Overseeing the strategy planning and execution of PR/Communication and Digital
  • Planning all phases to briefing and implementation of the hotel’s annual advertising plan; coordinate with MO advertising department
  • Providing MO and hotel management with regular reports, updates and presentations
  • Overseeing and controlling the communication and digital marketing budget
  • Designing and executing PR strategy for the Hotel
  • Strong working relationship with MO’s international PR network and MO Corporate Communications Team for maximum reach of initiatives
  • Ensuring the hotel’s regular exposure in local and international media through print, online, radio and television through proactive and reactive PR actions
  • Ensuring up-to-date, brand-appropriate website copy for the hotel. Liaising with appropriate corporate and property colleagues to update the hotel site regularly
  • Overseeing web traffic analysis to create and execute a successful digital marketing strategy
  • Providing local expertise about hotel seasonality, forthcoming events, local attractions and competitor activity
  • Developing and nurturing cordial relationship with authorities, key institutions, organizations and clubs of importance in the local community
  • Train department on MO LQE standards
  • Talented copywriter, effortless writing of all texts in German and English
