Summary: The Assistant Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization’s marketing administrative and operational tasks. This individual will conduct market research and create marketing content and collateral, including visual design, copywriting, and presentation of communication materials for St. Coletta of Wisconsin. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Development, the specialist will produce branded and visually appealing products that support the organization’s efforts and communicate its mission effectively across multiple channels.

Requirements:
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred in marketing or graphic design or similar study from an accredited college or university. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in graphic design, marketing, video and photography work. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and SEO tools. An equivalent combination of training or experience may be considered.
Language Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to create and write correspondence effectively in a highly professional manner.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Design Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products; experience with Social Media Platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram; and the ability to create and edit videos.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license with a past driving record that meets the standards set forth by the organization.
Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships. Ability to work as a team player and individually under tight deadlines and have the ability to prioritize and multitask.
