ABOUT US

North Palm College of Nursing isn’t your typical nursing school.
We’re growing fast, building modern systems, and rethinking how nursing education can be delivered in a tech-driven world.
Our model is lean, innovative, and focused on student outcomes — not bureaucracy.
We’ve built the foundation and now we need someone who wants to help take us to the next level.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a status-quo ADON position.
We’re looking for a career climber — someone who is ready to move from faculty/educator into a leadership role and own academic operations for our nursing program.
You’ll be the Instructor of Record for multiple courses and the operational engine that keeps our academic team running smoothly.
You’ll work side-by-side with the DON and college leadership to design better processes, implement modern tools, and directly impact the success of our students.
If you want to build something, not just maintain it, this is your opportunity.

WHAT YOU’LL DOACADEMIC LEADERSHIP

  • Serve as Instructor of Record for assigned nursing courses.
  • Maintain instructor presence in the LMS (announcements, targeted discussions, escalated academic support).
  • Oversee Academic Advisors, TAs/Graders, and Curriculum Consultant to ensure consistent quality and turnaround times.
