Care Network Ireland are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a facility based in Killorglin, Co. Kerry.
Our client is a 48 bed facility who focus on delivering high-quality, patient centred care in a supportive environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a qualified nurse with at least three years of managerial experience in elderly care.
• A post-registration management qualification in medicine or a related field is required.
• A decision-maker with a results-driven approach.
• Adaptable and flexible to meet the organization’s evolving needs.

• Serve as a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner specializing in elderly care.
• Support and supervise the nursing team to deliver exceptional resident care and management.
• Ensure all staff adhere to Centre policies and procedures effectively.
• Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and guidelines.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Director of Nursing.
