Description Assist with managing and supervising team of staff members including oversight of day-to-day operations to provide exceptional care and service to residents. Foster positive relationships with residents and their families to address concerns and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as community policies and procedures, related to resident care and safety. Assist the Director of Health and Wellness with budget planning and management. Under the guidance of Director of Health and Wellness develop and implement programs and services that enhance the quality of life for residents. Create and maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, their families, and staff members. Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in state of practice is required.
