Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a few years of Skilled Nursing Facility or LTACH management/supervisory experience, not just hospital. Hours are 9a-5p weekdays and must be willing to be in On-Call every other weekend. Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (Clinical Services Supervisor): · The Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON collaborates with the Director of Nursing – DON (Director of Clinical Services) · Ensures care plans are implemented and delivered in a timely and efficient manner · Manages the clinical team, develops programs and provides education to staff · Plans and evaluates nursing systems, rotations and methods Requirements Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Illinois Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Must have long-term care experience & knowledge of SNF regulations Must have leadership and critical thinking skills ICU or ventilator experience a plus Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults Equal Opportunity Employer IND1
