Description An established long-term care and rehabilitation organization is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations. Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives. Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to nursing staff. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care. Participate in staff education, scheduling, and performance management. Assist with surveys, audits, and infection prevention activities. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of Illinois, in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
