You will manage clinical operations and develop care plans. You will support the director of nursing. You will conduct consumer rounds and address complaints. You will monitor and train the nursing staff. Requirements Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois and in good standing. 2 years of experience in long-term care or a mental health rehabilitation setting preferred. Previous experience as ADON, highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
