Clinical Nurse Manager required to work in 70 bed nursing home.
Main tasks;
1)Lead a team of nurses & carers to ensure the best possible care and attention to our residents daily
2)Manage and have oversight of admissions and discharges
3)Complete audits, put in place action plans and review
4)Complete rounds with GPs
5)Complete rotas / staff development and reviews
6)Take responsibility of on call phone (on a rota basis)
7)Ensure compliance with the health act and HIQA standards
8)Work with the DON & ADON to ensure best quality & outcomes
Must have;
Flexibility over 7 days
Have a great working knowledge of the HIQA standards
Minimum 2 years experience as a nurse in Ireland
