Educate staff on survey processes and ensure compliance through daily rounds. Train staff on policies, procedures, and long-term care regulations. Develop staffing plans and care strategies to meet resident needs and preferences. Monitor clinical areas for safety, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. Ensure proper resident needs are met during the admissions process. Collaborate with the Medical Director on quality assurance and staff education. Perform on call duties. Position Requirements: Associate degree in nursing Registered Nurse or Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina CPR Certification 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory nursing role.
