Description Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience Location: Las Vegas, NV Benefits Summary: Medical, dental, vision, and 401K Matching 401k Health Savings Account Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) Mileage Reimbursement Position Summary On behalf of CNS Cares (“CNS” or “Company”), this position is responsible for supporting the State Administrator in the coordination, supervision, and training of all licensed nurses, aides, and support personnel in the state of oversight. Additionally, this position may act as the State Administrator in their absence. Essential Functions Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include: Assists in assuring good standing of CNS Cares home health licensure in designated region. Ensure excellent quality of patient care is delivered to respective patients in assigned region. Ensure that each patient admitted has appropriate documentation completed and that each patient receives the patient's bill of rights/consumer rights. Assists in the recruitment and selection of personnel and assures personnel hired are qualified for their respective position. Assist in coordinating case management for assigned region and provides case management as directed by leadership. Plans and conducts orientations and continuing education for staff engaged in patient care. Assist in planning and budgeting for the provision of services. Adheres to established operational and marketing budgets. Assists in overseeing licensed nurse competence, in the state of oversight, relative to home health nursing assessment and appropriate nursing interventions. Demonstrates leadership in the implementation of quality improvement changes within the organization for improvement of patient care. Monitors in-home staff education requirements to ensure regulatory compliance. Ensures compliance with government rules and regulations in the state of oversight, including the submission of any reports to agencies, as required. Provides direct nursing care in the home no more than 20 hours a week. Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has direct supervisory responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Education/Training Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in each state where patient care is supervised, Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification At least five (5) years of nurse management/supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: Experience working with OWCP/DOL programs or other federally funded care models. Leadership experience in home healthcare strongly preferred Familiarity with EMAR, Relias, and clinical audit systems. Strong interpersonal communication and staff development background. Experience supporting accreditation, survey readiness, or QA initiative. Licensure/Certification Valid Driver’s License Valid and current CPR & BLS Certification Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license #TFIND
