Description Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)Libby Care Center | Libby, MT Libby Care Center is seeking a process-driven, people-focused Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DON in leading clinical operations and building a strong, engaged team. What You’ll Do: Support daily clinical operations, compliance, and quality outcomes Partner with the DON on survey readiness and performance improvement Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff Strengthen workflows, documentation, and accountability Act as a change champion and culture warrior, promoting a positive team environment What We’re Looking For: Active RN license (MT or ability to obtain) Leadership experience in skilled nursing or LTC preferred Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory requirements Organized, detail-oriented, and systems-focused Passion for team development and culture building Join Libby Care Center and make an impact as both a clinical leader and culture champion. DNS-CT or CDONA, optional. Valid driver’s license. Experience 2 years successful nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
