The Assistant Director of Operations of Service Expansion plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our company’s operations. This role works closely with the Director of Operations, and is responsible for managing various facets of our operational processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity. A key part of this role will be to deliver on the successful roll out of additional services including but not limited to – pest control, termite control and other wildlife services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant software and tools.
  • An F1 Applicator License and an F3 Commercial Certification are required.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical and project management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
