KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to translate high level vision into clear goals, schedules, and staff expectations.
  • Excellent written/oral skills.
  • Ability to craft consistent messaging across channels and audiences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work evenings/weekends during community events.
  • 3 or more years experience coordinating multiple programs or events.
  • 3 or more years experience in timeline development, risk assessment, and resource allocation for large scale events.
  • 3 or more years experience in strategic planning or organizational alignment, particularly within environments undergoing growth, change, or the development of new initiatives or structures.
