Assistant Director of Project Management About the Role Allen Industries is hiring an Assistant Director of Project Management to lead day-to-day execution across project teams and drive operational performance across key accounts and verticals.  This is a hands-on leadership role—you will lead Team Leads, ensure project delivery performance, and translate company strategy into executable results.  What You’ll Do * Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field  * Lead and manage Project Management Team Leads across assigned verticals * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget/margin expectations * Monitor workload, staffing alignment, and team performance * Serve as the escalation point for project and personnel issues * Identify risks early and implement corrective actions to protect timelines and margins * Coach, develop, and hold Team Leads accountable for results and communication * Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Estimating, Design, Operations, and Installation teams * Review project financials, forecasts, and budget variances * Drive process improvements and standardization across teams What We’re Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field  * 7+ years of progressive project management experience * 7+ years in a leadership role with direct people management * Proven experience leading managers or team leads * PMP Certification Preferred Key Strengths * Strong leadership and coaching ability * Operational execution and problem-solving skills * Financial acumen (margin, forecasting, cost control) * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Allen Industries?
